Cancellation Policy

• 48-Hour Notice: We require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any session.
• No-Shows and Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $60 cancellation fee. This fee reflects the time reserved for you, which cannot be filled on short notice.
• Appointment Modifications: If you are unable to attend an in-person session, we are open to changing it to a virtual appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this option.
• Emergency Situations: We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us, and we will consider waiving fees on a case-by-case basis.
• Future Credit: If you need to cancel, and you are within the 48 hours, you can apply your payment to a future session.
